The Pool area and Bar / dining areas were nice.
Condo like, once separated from main lobby building the quality drops. Terrible location.

We expected far more from a Hyatt facility. We have stayed at other places that felt more like a get away than this place. Felt too much like a apartment. Would not recommend to friends or family.

Very friendly staff, nice room, and very nice pool area, great food at the restaurants.
The cleaning of the room sometimes was very late and not very well done.

The hotel is a nice place with a remarkable nice spa, it is great to have a rest after business hours, the food was very good, and the pool area is nice and invites to have some hours there. Very close to main mall areas.

Everything the staff were extremely accommodating and we very much enjoyed our stay.

If you have a car and are staying in Fort Lauderdale pre or post cruise this is a wonderful added vacation spot. The landscaping is beautiful. The staff were wonderful and the rooms lovely. We have stayed here before and have enjoyed it every time.

Location, and location of pool to rooms.

Excellent rooms and service. A bit off the beaten path and difficult to get to but worth the effort. Pool was a bit far a way and no service was available at the pool.

Pool was excellent as was the spa.
Check-in was chaotic and rooms were not available at 3 PM.

Great relaxing complex, really nice pool, patio, wonderful spa, and the food was superb as well. The staff was good but not as good as the actual amenities. though the spa staff was a cut above as well as housekeeping.

It was very clean.
The staff does not know about their own facilities.

I was here for only one day. The morning I was there I called the front desk to find out where they were. I woke up early and got to the courts at 7:30 AM. The court didn't open until 8 AM. So I waited. When it did open, I found out that you have to make reservations and you've to make them an hour in advanced.

Beautiful spacious rooms and lobby.
Awkward to find.

Fabulous facility. Huge, well appointed rooms. Hotel consists of several buildings separate from the main lobby, restaurant and conference centre. It's very quiet and relaxed. We'll go back again.

Liked the renovated rooms.
Too much under construction.

Fortunately, we were in a renovated room. Many facilities currently under construction and will be a very nice hotel when construction is complete.
