Staff courtesy, buffet breakfast.
Room needed some repairs like magnifying mirror missing from bathroom;movies on-demand not working wall, but holes in wall showing.

Fine for major chain hotel. Courteous staff. Expensive parking.

The space "breathes" and it is artistic..

The staff is accessible, knowledgeable and very friendly. The decoration is artistic and not boring. There is space in the lobby and on the floors. The carpets are beautiful. It is quiet.

The location is the main strength of this hotel.
The lobby isn't on the street level, also you enter through a parking garage. That takes away any romantic ambiance.

The Hyatt is very clean and the staff is very courteous and professional. The rooms are comfortable, attractive and large enough for a couple to enjoy.
