The hotel was very clean and very convenient to the event we were attending.
Tried to eat dinner at the hotel, sat down and after 10 minutes no one had come over to see what we wanted.

Check in and out was very easy. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and competent. The room was very clean and fresh looking. The hotel was in an area that was close to the HSBC Arena, for the hockey game we attended. A nice hotel that we would stay in again!

Expensive breakfast buffet.

Served me well. Clean rooms and very good service. Breakfast buffet was good but was very pricey. Would not order it again

The staff were very friendly and the room was spectacular.
It was very difficult to find with the map that was provided.

We arrived late from a shopping trip and were met with very pleasant and helpful staff. Although the parking wasn't in the hotel it was a quick walk away. The room was great and the beds extremely comfortable.

Not much action around the hotel. Lots of closed buildings. The first night it took us awhile to find a restaurant. The second night, we had better luck. It was nice to have a covered garage for the car.

It had been newly renovated so it was clean and up to date.
The swimming pool was being renovated so we were unable to use it.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating. The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable.

Room was small and drab....this hotel needs to be updated.

Clean enough and convenient, but don't expect a room which is typical Hyatt....the room was small, stuffy and drab. This hotel needs some remodeling!
