The staff was very helpful.
The rooms are not up to par with other 4-star hotels.

The hotel is nicely located in the center of town and the public spaces are attractive, however, the rooms were not up to par with other 4-star hotels I have stayed at. The decorations were average. There were no robes, no fluffy comforters, no make-up mirror and the vanity lighting was minimal (overhead only).
