Classy, clean, and
upscale.
We asked for 2 queens & didn't get them and the parking fee is high and no freee wireless.
It was a great place but for the price there should be free wireless. Also there was no fridge. There was a mini fridge but unfortunately when you pulled on the slot you were then committed to purchasing the item.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
No complimentary airport shuttle.
Rooms are neat and clean but could be slightly larger.

The bathroom was nice and roomy. The pool area was very pleasing atmosphere.
The room was not clean by any means.
The room was so dusty that if I had asthma there would be no way I could have stayed in that room. Even the bathroom counter had not been cleaned. The TV was so archaic that I couldn't even plug in my camcorder. The rest of the furniture fit right along with it. The bedding linen was fitted so poorly it all came un-tucked. The fitness room was extremely cramped though the equipment was top of the line. Single cup coffee makers don't cut it for a double occupancy. read more

No extra fees or charges. Great staff.
Gouging for internet access.
This hotel delivers what you would expect from a 4 star Hyatt. Great location right downtown. Staff was great, helpful, even funny when my daughter checked in wearing her oil field gear. Nice pool and hot tub. Quiet rooms. Actually has enough elevators, no waiting.

Location is perfect.
Concierge was young and inexperienced (gave incorrect directions).
The location on Stephen Ave is very convenient for tourist spots. Hotel is very nice and clean. Great restaurants nearby, Avenue Diner and Saltlick comes to mind.

Centrally located, attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms.
Parking $25 additional.
Nicely appointed rooms and public areas. Fast elevators. Helpful and pleasant staff. But be prepared to pay $25 extra for parking if you want to park at the hotel. Lots of construction going on downtown nearby, so driving to/from the hotel can be trying at times.

Hotel was in an excellent location.
Cost of parking & internet.
We stayed at this hotel for eight days. We ate at two of the restaurants which were both good. We found that the fitness facilities were excellent. The whirlpool jets did not work. The negative was the cost of parking & the cost of internet.
