The doorman and concierge were great.
Nothing.

When I arrived, the doorman asked if I needed my vehicle during my stay. Since I did not,
suggested the lower priced self park.
Check in at the front desk was quick and my bags were in my room as soon as I arrived at my room. Then the concierge located Calgary Stampede Rodeo tickets for me. She also explained the light rail which I used during my two day stay. Great people there at the Hyatt in Calgary. read more

Helpfulness of staff.
The price and quality of food.

Lovely hotel in downtown Calgary. The duvet and pillows was feather filled. Anyone with an allergy to feathers should request polyester pillows and duvet. The food is expensive and not that great in quality.
