Close to Downtown Cambridge.
Restaurant is average.

No shuttle service while coming back to hotel. You need a cab to go anywhere. Not close to subway.

The mattresses were very comfortable and there was an assortment of pillows.
Parking cost $35 a night, and the hotel was many blocks from public transportation.

Currently undergoing renovations, the Cambridge Hyatt Regency is a swanky hotel. Although, I was able to afford the room, thanks to Priceline. I wasn't able to afford parking nor could I afford to eat there. My room was clean and the staff was very friendly, but the hidden costs made the stay less than happy.

Unusual layout in lobby and rooms, needs upgrading but much potential.
Inconsistency with guest rewards program.

Good staff but seems inexperienced, comfortable beds and very quiet. Beautiful city location.
