the beach beds were awesome. the location and access to shops and restaurants, night clubs etc.
the cold decor, the lack of hand towels, no access to the beach

For the short period of time it was adequate.

Pool water was very cold.

This hotel is located in the very busiest part of the Cancun hotel zone. The rooms were nice and I liked the smaller more intimate feel of the hotel. No beach, but beach access is allowed at the hotel next door. The main drawback was the cold water in the pools.

Hotel lobby minualist.

Love the hotel, rooms, pool, food great location would recommend this hotel and location.

The staff at this hotel are extremely nice and helpful.

I would have to say that this hotel looks great cosmetically but there are some major issues with the plumbing in the hotel. We were moved from our room during the first hour when water started coming through the bathroom fixture; water possibly coming from the shower in the room above it. The staff is very courteous and helpful and worked quickly to resolve the issue. I would have to say that the hotel should be overhauled with the structure and less money spent on making it look nice. I will not stay at this hotel again. read more
