I like the cleanliness and decor.
Check-in process was late and slow with no regards.

The hotel is downtown with mall nearby. For the reputation and price there is nothing complimentary, ex. coffee. Decor and pool area is very nice, bar is hip and entertaining. Parking was a surprise at $35.00/day plus tipping. No restaurants close by and one on property was expensive. Not kid friendly.

Rooms are nice size, recently refurbished.
Carpet smelled, not much around hotel except office buildings.

Friendly and attentive staff, beautiful lobby, restaurants and bar area. Rooms are large with large closet, good sized bathroom, and great balcony.

Nice hotel, with a friendly staff, but didn't care for the parking fees, the charge for in-room internet.

Gorgeous rooms and great location.
Valet was overpriced and staff was very inattentive and unfriendly.

Great hotel. Would stay again. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. Very nice accommodations. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful despite the front desk giving us wrong directions to our dinner location. Valet staff was the largest detractor of the stay.
