Beautiful artwork lining the halls and classy decor.
Overpriced parking and restaurant.
Upscale. Great attention to detail in the decor. Excellent old-school service. Too bad they choose to gouge you for parking, breakfast, and other services.

Beautiful patio off room, free Starbucks, lounge patio gorgeous, lobby TV.
Room size could be bigger.
The atmosphere at the hotel was sophisticated elite. The lobby had great TVs for viewing. Saturday college football. The swimming pool patio was gorgeous. Great service great people.

Wonderful location that was exactly what we had in mind for our getaway from San Diego.
No coffee in rooms nor water. Tea was hard to find in the afternoon. There was a Starbucks but it was closed.

Service was good. Hotel was clean. Right across the street from a mall!
Pool was too shallow!
The hotel is nice, and lives up to being a 4* hotel. Service is great and staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and have a decent view. (we were put in a room directly facing a water fountain). The only downside was on the day of our checkout. The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 6am and woke us up (when we had told the hotel that we were checking out at 11am the previous day). This hotel is probably more suited for those who would prefer to lounge by the pool side or for business travelers. read more

The view from the 17th floor, especially during the filming across the street of the "Green Hornet".
I was looking to stay closer to West Hollywood, but was placed here at Century City.
Overall, I was very please with my placement at the Hyatt at Century city.
