The room itself was excellent.
Car parking, one was very unfriendly.

The hotel was in a great location. Car parking and other services not there like it should be. Starbucks was never open.

It was generally and attractive, comfortable hotel.
Noise! Movie shoot at night with machine guns.

I doubt I'll ever stay there again. We had to go ask the bartender for service after sitting in the bar area for 15 minutes, even though there was wait staff serving others. Dinner was forgettable, and we should have been warned about all the noise out front. Almost 10:00 at night, and we wake up to automatic machine gun fire. It was a movie shoot, we found out after calling the front desk, but it went on for several takes. There was a Starbucks in the lobby, but over 3 days I never saw it open once. There was nothing about the hotel that enticed me to spend time there. read more

Had to go to lobby for coffee each morning.

Rooms are nice size, recently refurbished.
Carpet smelled, not much around hotel except office buildings.

Friendly and attentive staff, beautiful lobby, restaurants and bar area. Rooms are large with large closet, good sized bathroom, and great balcony.

Staff was friendly.
$35 per day valet charge!

Nice hotel, with a friendly staff, but didn't care for the parking fees, the charge for in-room internet.
