Hyatt Regency Cincinnati

We arrived late and the front desk offered us free valet parking for two nights since the non smoking double bed room we requested was not available. They gave us a king and brought a twin mattress up to the room before we even got to the room. The twin was very comfortable, not a fold-over cot, and even though they called with a two bed room available the next day we stayed put. Very friendly staff. This was a beautiful hotel in the middle of downtown. The staff was very helpful. We had a sick child, and they went out of there way to help. You do have to pay $15 for parking or $22 for valet. The rooms were decorated modern, but the bathrooms were older.

Hotel was okay. Big crack in sink. I don't like agreeing to a price and finding out about additional costs, parking and Internet.

Hotel great but did not like being in a handicap room because of the shower.

There was a large indent in the wall, there was no fitted sheet on the bed so the pad underneath didn't stay in place overnight. The pillows were not very comfortable and neither was the bed.

Great location. Hotel seems a bit dated could tell that it was older inside, rooms tile looked it. Staff were a little condescending.
