Pillows too soft, like feathers. Needed more supportive material like foam or cotton...

Everything was excellent. (Other than the pillows...The pillows were way to soft for my and my wife's taste. Foam or cotton is better. These sank like feather.)

This hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located in downtown Cincinnati. I wish I had more time so spend utilizing the hotels amenities.

Love the breakfast buffet. It was quick and easy to navigate as I was on a time crunch. Great staff too.
The bed was hard!

Great, need to update the furniture, especially in the dinning room. The chairs are falling apart and my furniture in the room was badly nicked.

Very small room for the price.

The room was very clean. Way overpriced. The room was small. There were 6 elevators and we had to wait 20 minutes every time we wanted to go to the lobby. The pool did not have enough chairs so we had to lay out on the brick. Even though we we not happy with the hotel I can say that the hotel staff was VERY friendly.
