Hyatt Regency Cincinnati

We arrived late and the front desk offered us free valet parking for two nights since the non smoking double bed room we requested was not available. They gave us a king and brought a twin mattress up to the room before we even got to the room. The twin was very comfortable, not a fold-over cot, and even though they called with a two bed room available the next day we stayed put. Very friendly staff. There was a large indent in the wall, there was no fitted sheet on the bed so the pad underneath didn't stay in place overnight. The pillows were not very comfortable and neither was the bed.

Great hotel and location. Didn't like the parking charge.

It's in a great location, and the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is very nice. The time I was there the mail lobby floor was being replaced. That wasn't a big deal. The hotel is huge and spacious.

My wife is disabled we asked for a smoking room when we booked it 2 and a half weeks before, they didn't have any, I had to dress her at 1am put her in her wheel chair and go down through the lobby and stand out in front of the hotel on the side walk. I complained and they said they don't guarantee smoking rooms I would never have stayed there if I knew I was going to have to do that. we weren't the only people this happened to. read more
