Beautiful lobby.
Old rooms, bathroom tile was green, carpet dirty.
This was a beautiful hotel in the middle of downtown. The staff was very helpful. We had a sick child, and they went out of there way to help. You do have to pay $15 for parking or $22 for valet. The rooms were decorated modern, but the bathrooms were older.

Staff were very friendly.
Parking was inconvenient and expensive. Room floors were dirty.
Not my favorite hotel in downtown Cincinnati. Self parking (once you figure out where it is) is almost as expensive as valet. My kids socks turned black from walking on the room floors. Every staff member we encountered was wonderful to us however.

The hotel was very clean with an extremely courteous staff.
Self parking situation is kind of a hassle.
This hotel was very well kept with a nice and fairly modern interior design. The staff was extremely courteous. The room was clean and had a nice downtown view. The pool was clean and just the right temperature, though the hot tub was tad on the dingy side. Self parking is also a bit inconvenient as you have to hike a bit to the garage.

The front of the hotel was nice. The lobby was neat.
There were people working in offices across the hall with wires lining the hallway.
Fancy hotel that is getting run down. Only 4 of the 6 elevators worked. People were using the stairs and there was little signage to help you. The bellman used the service elevator to get us to our room and on checkout. The floor we stayed on was rented out by a company who had wires running down the hall and they stared at you when you came out of the room. That was creepy. read more
