Valet parking employees were rude.
Great Overnight Hotel in the heart of Cincy for a wonderful Priceline price.

Convenient to football stadium and nice room.
Game day and way too crowded for both food and parking.
It met our needs at the time. Due to the football game it was overcrowded but that probably goes with trying to get a hotel near the stadium for convenience.

I
was able to get a room for a reasonable rate.
Slow and not enough elevators.
We called the hotel in the morning to see if a roll away bed could be added to our room to accommodate the extra child that decided to come along. We were told we could and to ask at the front desk on arriving. When we finally did arrive after 10 PM we were told we could not add the bed due to fire codes so that adult child was forced to sleep on the floor the following morning we waited for over a half hour for an elevator. Finally we gave up and decided to do the 8 flights of stairs down to the lobby. Imagine our surprise when we saw on every bad smelling floor that the only door was not an exit we called for help and someone then met us back up on the 3rd floor and let us out of the door that was not locked but still said it was not an exit. Not fun. read more

The location was nice to downtown and the kids enjoyed the pool. The lobby was beautiful and very clean.
Our fire alarm continued going off because of the showers steam since there was no fan. it took 2 calls to get them to send someone to our room.
The hotel was nice but it was not worthy of the 3 1/2 star rating. The room was very small and it smelled musty, the fire alarm didn't have a cover on it and when we took a shower the next morning it kept going off because there was not a fan in the bathroom. It took us two calls to the front desk to finally send someone up before they disconnected the alarm. It scared my youngest and she has sensitive hearing anyway. I think something should be done about this because they just kept saying this is normal and it is just the steam from the shower nothing to be alarmed about. It was just very loud and annoying. read more

Sports bar restaurant service was very slow late at night, but food was great. We arrived at 8:30pm and had food over an hour later.

The staff would call me by name and appeared they would do back flipps if asked.
2 1/2 star. Have to pay for fridge and no microwave at all.
Great, loved it, would stay again at twice. Staff was the best of nicest of any hotel I've ever been to.
