The friendly workers helping us in various things.
The location was great to the downtown area. The beds were very comfortable and we didn't hear too much during the night. Also the staff was very attentive and helpful.

Staff did not give good directions to places; When I checked in I was not told that I needed to get my parking ticket; no computers in public areas.

Two comfortable chairs in the room.
Finishes were a little tacky.
Attractive interior design, both in the lobby and in the room.

Big comfortable room, very comfortable beds, good location.
You have to pay about $10 a day for wireless access, even if you bring your own computer.
Comfortable beds, good access to downtown Cincinnati via skywalks, excellent location. Parking is inexpensive relative to other cities (if you forego valet parking, you can get by for $12 a day--even cheaper if you use an outdoor public lot a couple of blocks from the hotel). Decent restaurant with excellent breakfast buffet. But the $10 daily fee for wireless use is a pain, especially as more and more hotels provide this service free. read more

Nice room, nice restaurant (a little pricey, but nice), impressive from a prestige viewpoint.
Valets refused to let us use luggage carts; $14 charge on MC after told "no charges" at checkout time.
It's in quite a busy location of Cincinnati--parking is a problem--had to park in a car rental parking building, then go across the sky walk which came into the hotel at an area where it was impossible to get to the check-in area without going through a formal gathering of well-dressed clients--the valets told us we could unload our own luggage, but when we tried to use one of their luggage carts, my wife and sister-in-law were told that they couldn't do that because their insurance wouldn't cover any accidents with it. That is the first time in all our travels and hotel/motel stays that that line of bull has ever been used! We had to take the luggage up in shifts while my handicapped wife remained by the remnant to assure nothing was stolen. At first we were told that we would receive a discount on the parking when we had the parking ticket stamped. Then, later we were told at check-out time that there were no additional charges at all. Later, when the Master card bill came, there was an additional $14 charged (presumably for parking, since we did not utilize any other services). read more

Very comfortable bed and variety of pillow thicknesses.
Paid more for parking than I would have had I chosen the garage?
Would definitely choose this hotel on my next trip.
