No parking facility or reference with a discount from the hotel.

Location to my destination.
Room was nothing spectacular.
For the price that Priceline got for the hotel, it was very good. Nice room, but nothing fantastic. But, it was clean and neat. Other areas of hotel were clean as well. Would stay there again but would not pay full price for a room. Not worth full price.

The exercise facility was top notch.
The pool was too small and cramped.
Nice downtown location close to many activities and on shuttle schedule for river walk area, baseball games, etc. Rooms were well appointed, clean and staff was friendly. Recommended hotel if you are looking to stay in the downtown area of Cincinnati.

They asked us where we wanted to be, Upper or lower.
The rooms curtains fell down in the middle of night.
The hotel was nice over all, however the curtains falling down and no comp for coming into our room after midnight was not good. There was only one wash cloth too. The restaurants were too expensive for a family of 4.

I liked the grand lobby.
It wasn't very clean, especially the restaurant where we had dinner.
The staff was friendly and helpful and the lobby was very grand but the rooms were not so grand and the bathrooms were very small.

It was able to provide a baby bed for my son.
The bathroom was a little small.
Everyone at the Hyatt was extremely polite and helpful. The parking was even validated which I totally did not expect. It is in a good location and very close to Cincy Children's Hospital.

Location.
Our rooms were obviously not cleaned very well.
The hotel was in an excellent location. We ate in both restaurants and were happy with the food and service. Our rooms were disappointing in that there were items of personal matters that were left by the previous occupants that were a little disturbing. Obviously, the housekeepers didn't do a very good job.
