Very classy.
They continued to make fake charges on my credit card.

I would never go to this hotel again. The hotel charged my credit card several times for misc. things and told me that they would just drop off. If I didn't charge anything to my room then no charges should appear on my credit card even if they just off in the end.

Wonderful updating of a classic 100+ year old building - both old and new.
I can't think of anything - it was great.

We loved the use of the Old Arcade (which I shopped at years ago) as a new hotel. The room was very open feeling with its high ceiling. Hotel was clean and warm.

The hotel is very clean and the employees are extremely friendly.
I had a little trouble with the elevator getting stuck on the 5th floor, otherwise, no issues at all.

Spacious enough to set up my office in the room.
The hotel is incorporated into an Arcade and you feel like you're shopping.

It is an odd place, right in the middle of an arcade/Mall. The lobby opens into the Mall floor and the gym is a storefront on the promenade. I never felt like I had privacy. It is a Hyatt and therefore has a level of propriety that I have come to expect. Yet the beige and industrial carpet and room decor is starting to wear me out. It is hard to feel relaxed in an arcade and room decked out like a warehouse. read more

Very nice hotel. A lot of night life in the area. Some strange Cleveland people walking the streets begging for money.
