comfy bed, You have to pay for wireless and parking which adds $31 to the daily rate.

The hotel is very clean and the employees are extremely friendly.
I had a little trouble with the elevator getting stuck on the 5th floor, otherwise, no issues at all.

Spacious enough to set up my office in the room.
The hotel is incorporated into an Arcade and you feel like you're shopping.

It is an odd place, right in the middle of an arcade/Mall. The lobby opens into the Mall floor and the gym is a storefront on the promenade. I never felt like I had privacy. It is a Hyatt and therefore has a level of propriety that I have come to expect. Yet the beige and industrial carpet and room decor is starting to wear me out. It is hard to feel relaxed in an arcade and room decked out like a warehouse. read more

The beautiful arcade and unique guest room entrances.
There was no iPod dock or mp3 player dock in the room.

The Hyatt Regency Cleveland - Arcade presented a unique and beautiful alternative to a typical hotel. The rooms open to a naturally lit promenade in the center of the building offering a pleasant change of pace to dull hotel hallways that one may be accustomed to. The hotel staff was pleasant and very helpful in accommodating guest needs. The views from the room left something to be desired - I looked the top story of a parking garage in the face. read more
