Only one trash can in room had to park away from building or valet.

Very classy.
They continued to make fake charges on my credit card.

I would never go to this hotel again. The hotel charged my credit card several times for misc. things and told me that they would just drop off. If I didn't charge anything to my room then no charges should appear on my credit card even if they just off in the end.

The staff was wonderful and the location central.

This is a great place in a great location of a surprisingly great city. It's walking distance to both ball parks and the arena, to the museum row, and to the great mini-street of restaurants right across the street from the hotel. The hotel is wonderful and historic and the service was excellent.

Located in the heart of downtown.
Parking was an additional $22 per night.

Good location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The my only complaints, the maid did not vacuum the floor after the last guest - there was mud on the floor near the bathroom and the towels were dingy.

Our room was massive and superb.
The dining was not that great & staff was unfriendly.

We were more than pleasantly surprised with the quality of our room, the view, and the ease of check-in. If we find ourselves back in the Cleveland area we will be staying at this location.
