It was clean, very good staff. Price was very affordable in our tight budget. We needed to stay somewheres affordable due to going to the Cleveland Clinic. Priceline gave us that opportunity. Hyatt was very accommodating in our needs. We appreciated both companies. We look forward using priceline.com again.

Unkept rooms, worn out and dirty.

If you are looking for the usual quality of Hyatt Hotels, you will not find it here. This was the dirtiest hotel room I have ever stayed in. A romantic getaway weekend turned bad quickly when the room had dust bunnies in the corners, the strong smell of smoke, burn holes in the curtains and visible stains on the blanket (not to mention the toe nail clipping that was in the bed - not ours). This hotel does not measure up to the star rating given. You would be better of at a clean/updated economy hotel chain. read more

Wonderful updating of a classic 100+ year old building - both old and new.
I can't think of anything - it was great.

We loved the use of the Old Arcade (which I shopped at years ago) as a new hotel. The room was very open feeling with its high ceiling. Hotel was clean and warm.

Large room, great location to browns game and rock and roll hall of fame architecturally interesting.

Location is perfect for downtown entertainment. Large and clean rooms.

Parking is inconvenient.

Very nice hotel. A lot of night life in the area. Some strange Cleveland people walking the streets begging for money.

Very nice room for the price!
The layout was different, but that also made it interesting.

Nice stay, very pretty arcade, too bad there are not more shops in there.
