The location was great and it was clean and very attractive looking.
Expensive parking at $22 a night.

Excellent hotel in an 1890 building. Very cool looking with the shopping "arcade" mall on the lower levels. Highly recommend this location.

I liked the historical aspect. It was built in 1890 and has been restored to it's old glory.
The room was nice but not as nicely appointed as I had expected.

Lovely building, unique styling, and comfortable. The rooms were more modern which did not stick with the theme of the hotel.

Convenient location close to Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and other attractions.
Area around hotel did not feel real secure at night.

We really enjoyed the hotel. Excellent large rooms. Very accomodating staff. A fantastic value for the money. It was nice having the food court downstairs. Very clean modern rooms in a historic setting. Awesome architecture.

In such a great location! Absolutely beautiful!

We brought our kids downtown to celebrate a 21st birthday. The hotel is right in the middle of everything, very convenient and staff was professional and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and the view was spectacular!

The staff at the hotel were super!
It was very hard to find. No sign on the one side of the hotel.

The hotel was nice. It was not as family friendly as I would've liked. Next time I will make sure the hotel we staying at has a pool.

The historic quality.
It took 3 calls over the course of 2 days to get wash cloths. Rang for bellhop and had to go get them when they did not come after 20 minutes.

Love the historic quality of the hotel. Loved the room and bedding. Very clean. The lighting was very poor. The service was the worst that I have ever seen at a Hyatt hotel. Valet service was very good.
