Beautiful interior, good and prompt service at desk.
Asked for extra towel and Styrofoam cups (that weren't in the room) and they didn't bring them.

A nice place for adults, beautiful interior. Friendly staff, easy to find.

The hotel staff was very helpful. The room was clean was and very nice especially for the price I paid. The arcade shops added ambiance to the hotel and the 1890s restaurant food and staff were excellent.

The staff.
I had to pay $21.00 a day for parking and breakfast.

The staff was friendly but the accommodations was not what I expected them to be for a hotel that is classified as a "4" star hotel.

The fact that shops and restaurants were part of the hotel.
There was no closet in my room.

Excellent value for money. Great desk staff. The fact it is a conversion from shops to hotel rooms leaves a few draw backs.

The location was great and the bed was really comfortable.
The lobby was a little hard to find--but not a real problem.

The Hyatt arcade is located in the old arcade and is a modern hotel in the downtown area. It is within easy walking distance of the Indians stadium, the gun, browns stadium and the rock and roll hall of fame.

Prices of restaurant.

Each stay gets better, staff more accommodating than on first visit. We have now stayed there four or five times.

Outstanding service and the staff are wonderful.
No swimming pool.

This is a luxury hotel and we will be back.
