The "private beach" accessible by a free catamaran is an "amazing feature" at this "wonderful resort" in Bonita Springs (20 minutes north of Naples) since there's an added benefit of possibly "seeing manatees and dolphins" in the waters; "well-run" facilities include the Raptor Bay Golf Course, Camp Coconut for kids, "fabulous pools" (including a 140-ft. corkscrew slide) and an all-around "beautiful setup", but foodies find the restaurants "inadequate for dinner."

We were welcomed and had great suggestions from Art the bell hop.
We were required to evacuate the hotel Nov 11 at 2AM because chemicals were spilled, alarm went off.

A very nice hotel, friendly staff, professional. They should use chemicals to clean door handles during the day not at night!! The sensor for chemicals is too sensitive.

Top dog facility. Beautiful decor. Excellent staff. Luxury beds/linens and baths. Very clean and well maintained. Fabulous gardens, pools, and fountains.

Excellent pool area.
Without my advanced knowledge I was charges a $15 per day resort fee.

Very disappointed with check-in. Disappointed that we seemed to be treated a little worse.

Beautiful lobby, comfortable rooms, delicious food, friendly and helpful staff, great pool service, excellent slide at pool for kids - great entertainment .

Beautiful place common spaces and rooms - loved the pool and slide - great drinks and food service there as well as the quality of the room service breakfast - I would highly recommend this hotel for any family!!!!
