The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable.
Access to the lazy river at the attached property was limited.

This is a unique place to stay. We stayed over the 4th of July and the resort was crowded. This hotel is wonderful even in crowded conditions.

Our family in all of their varied interests highly enjoyed themselves, and did not want to leave!

This hotel with grand lobby, excellent spa, child day camp, beautiful pools and friendly wait staff, comfortable and grand rooms made for a wonderful holiday. We met new friends both American and international. Our family will most definitely be returning!

The hotel was a special place, for a normal price.

From moment you walk into the lobby, with its pleasant aroma, you felt pampered and special. It was a really nice experience for both me and my kids.

Truly a resort. Everything was beautiful and right there on the property.
Resort food tends to be pricey for what it is.

This is an expensive s Florida resort. We are Floridians who were able to enjoy it at the holiday because of it. Very pretty and Florida like. You take a boat to the beach so that may be a problem for some. As a person who doesn't live far from the beach, it was actually fun. Pools are gorgeous, were actually heated and the resort is new and well maintained. It was a special gem. Great for all types of travelers. read more

The boat trip to the island (with chairs and umbrellas) and a first class hotel.
Restaurants were somewhat pricey and the Spa was outrageously expensive.

The hotel was immaculate, the perks were wonderful and the staff was super friendly/helpful.

There were plenty of things to do to keep the family entertained - rock wall & pool were great.
The food was pricey and the shower head was dated.

Our 3 kids loved this hotel. They enjoyed the pools, rock climbing wall, lazy river, pool table, ping pong table and the beach. It was a beautiful property, and the service was superb. It had lots of nice touches like free DVD rentals, bonfire for smores and lots of quiet places throughout the hotel.
