The hotel itself and the staff are very nice. The room was very clean and nice Though a mini fridge would have been nice.

Location is good and staff are cordial.
this hotel seems to charge the extras like parking to price line customers. Parking place is far and we need to walk from parking to hotel.
This hotel is good for business stays and short family stays. Staff responded to the requests positively and cordially.

The staff was very attentive and everything was very clean.
The pool was incredibly small and not well looked after.
The hotel was nice, the location was great, the staff was friendly, but the pool was awful. The pool room was cold, the water was frigid and dirty.

Hotel was connected to Convention Center. This made for easy access.
Had to stay in a smoking room. We could smell the smoke as soon as we entered the room.
The only problem was the smoking room. We did not arrive until 2:00AM in the morning. Hotel did offer to move us the next day, but we choose not to move. I would love to stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone.

Very nice room, comfy bed.
Room service took over an hour.
Great location. We checked in and walked right across the stree to the AreNA District. The staff was very, very courteous and professioNAl. The room was nice and super clean. Very comfy bed. Only complaint was room service took forever.

The accommodations were lovely and the service was exceptional.
The breakfast options were pricey.
A great hotel with many amenities. The hotel staff was clearly trained in customer service and went above and beyond to assist guests.

Excellent location for events in the Arena district.
Need more elevators!
Very nice hotel in a great location near the action in Columbus. Rooms were very clean, quiet and nice. Only four elevators for such a large hotel--need more--waits were long.

It was very convenient to where I needed to be.
Too much night life going on all over the hotel.
Overall the stay was enjoyable. The guy that took our luggage to our room was very nice and friendly, he made us feel welcome.

Great location, comfortable beds, large rooms.
Parking is a joke.
We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Columbus. A very nice in downtown Columbus. The beds were very comfortable. It was very clean. The two negatives were food prices ($3.74 for a cup of regular coffee) and the parking situation. You have to walk a long way to park your car. The parking lot closes at 11 p.m. and I had to get my car out at midnight. It took more than 30 minutes to find someone who could help me. Totally unacceptable. If not for the parking incident, our stay would top notch all the way. I commented on the price of coffee, which was ridiculous, but probably not out of line with other business-class hotels. read more

The room service menu was very good. The view of the city was very nice.
The sheets on my bed were ripped and had holes in them. The breakfast buffet was way over priced!
The staff was very friendly. The room was nice. The view was nice. My children loved the room service menu! The restaurant that offered the breakfast buffet was a rip off! There was hardly anything on the buffet and they charged an arm and a leg to eat from it. As I mentioned earlier I was really surprised that when I went to get into bed I noticed my bed sheets were all torn. Why would they put those on a guest¿s bed? Not right. All in all I would say my visit was half good and half bad. read more
