This hotel was truly breathtaking offering amazing views of downtown KC as well as great access to the Crown Center experiences! If you get the opportunity I would definitely recommend drinks in the rotating restaurant overlooking the nighttime downtown KC skyline. Very beautiful! The room was about what you would expect from a 3 or 4 star hotel, well appointed and clean with a comfortable bed and a mound of pillows. "The Link" covered walkway offers a great way to get out and stretch your your legs without being subjected to the elements. read more

Gorgeous hotel! Great amenities and convenient shopping and restaurants.
Outdated TV's for such updated rooms. I've stayed in 3 star hotels with just as nice of rooms.

Beautiful hotel. We happened to have a snow storm and cold spell while staying here. There is a beautiful indoor walk way to restaurants and mall which was great. Great experience!

Location was amazing and the staff for a property this size was amazing - felt like family.
I am still waiting for my deposit to be credited and the desk staff was not accurate in the amount quote.

Amazing property in which you can even dial the Westin. Crown Plaza is a delight against all weather. Everything is connected by a glass enclosed link which lets you see all of downtown, the lovely Crown Plaza hotel and the adjoining area. The staff is very accommodating and every guest is treated like family. I can't recommend it enough and I stayed at the beginning of the holiday season which should have been frenetic. It was anything but I highly recommend. read more

The food was incredible, and the staff was the friendliest I've seen yet at a hotel.
I was not really thrilled to see that they had an outdoor heated pool in the middle of winter. I'd like to see it enclosed for energy savings.

We really enjoyed ourselves and will come again!
