Location and price.
Beds were not comfortable.

Nice hotel, not sure if it is a 4 star, and we thought the beds were uncomfortable and too little! Overall a nice hotel.

The lobby was comfortable. The restaurant was unique. The staff was fabulous.
I had to pay and additional $15 for parking. There were no other options.

The hotel was relaxing and worth the money. We went to KC as a family to enjoy ourselves and the purpose was accomplished. The staff and atmosphere of the hotel from top to bottom was excellent.

Pool on the roof, close to area attractions.

Great hotel in the crown center area. I used to live in KC and stayed at this Hyatt a couple times even when living there. I now stay there every time I visit. The kids like the pool on the rooftop, and Crown Center is a short walk away. The lobby area and amenities are great.

The pool for the kids.
Location was not central for a vacation.

I would stay here again, but I wouldn't expect to walk anywhere, there didn't seem to be anything to do other that participate in a conference at the hotel.

Convenient location.
Rooms weren't very nice, very expensive parking.

The common areas were
OK but the rooms were not 4 star quality at all. The bathrooms were dingy and I was not comfortable letting my 1 year old on the floor of the room. The parking was ridiculously expensive as well.

Parking was too expensive. Should have free wireless.

Great hotel, very nice hotel with great atmosphere. Connected to Crown Center and Union Station, so loved that.
