Clean, safe, and friendly.
Parking.

We were in town for just one night and this hotel was wonderful. We enjoyed the restaurants. My husband and I had a romantic dinner in the tower, while our teenagers dined downstairs. We felt safe to let them travel to and from the lobby. They were nice enough to give us joining rooms so that their room was next to ours.

The link was a nice addition to access the Crown Center shops.
I didn't sleep well because we were next to an obviously old elevator that kept me awake till 3:30 am- and started back up at 6:30 am.

The hotel lobby was beautiful. The staff friendly but I had to pay $14 for parking one night. The room was fine, kind of average. Not the luxury sheets and bedding we had at a 3 star Marriott. Rooms were on the small side. The girl at the desk asked me for a preference of room or floor. I should have requested a quiet room. The ancient elevator ran most of the night constantly and I felt I'd slept under a carnival ride. Not a place I'd likely return to unless I was far away from the elevator shaft and didn't have to pay to park. read more

I liked the friendly staff and accessibility to nearby attractions.
I liked the options in the work out area, but I felt the space was too small. I felt uncomfortable there.

This was a very nice hotel to stay in. The staff was extremely friendly, rooms were comfortable, and it was close to area attractions we were interested in.

The kids stayed at the pool until it closed, then next am!
There were no inexpensive parking options nearby.

Super location, close to Crown Center, entertainment, shops, dining. Coffee in room would have been nice.
