Everyone I met on staff was extremely kind and accommodating!

Coupled with great access to Reagan National and the Metro, this hotel has been an excellent place to stay both times I have stayed there! I love the renovations to the rooms – very sleek and uncluttered. My stay was great!

Room was nice and staff was nice.
Parking, address didn't match GPS, and no refrigerator.

You basically have to use valet parking which costs $25.00, The room has no fridge and the only food access after 9 is a bar.

No counters in bathroom, restaurant too pricey, not close to metro.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was modern, spacious and well furnished. We did not like that the bathroom sink had no counter space, and the shower head was mounted too low and only had one setting, but it was detachable. After a long day of sightseeing, we went to the rooftop and found that the restaurant was way out of our budget. The 2nd floor restaurant was not open for dinner, so we ended up walking down a few blocks to the Chili's. read more

Had a shuttle bus back and forth to Metro station.
Wasn't walking distance to the Pentagon.
