The decor was phenomenal and
the amenities were great.
No free wireless internet.

When we walked in the door, we were floored that we were able to get it for such a low price. The room was gorgeous!

No counters in bathroom, restaurant too pricey, not close to metro.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was modern, spacious and well furnished. We did not like that the bathroom sink had no counter space, and the shower head was mounted too low and only had one setting, but it was detachable. After a long day of sightseeing, we went to the rooftop and found that the restaurant was way out of our budget. The 2nd floor restaurant was not open for dinner, so we ended up walking down a few blocks to the Chili's. read more

Lovely, modern rooms. Great hotel staff. Modern hotel.
Not close to metro, even though there is shuttle to metro.

I stayed here for one night, followed by staying at the Marriott Crystal City. The Hyatt was so much nicer than the Marriott Crystal! The room at the Hyatt was very modern and contemporary and the bathroom was beautifully redone as well. (glazed glass within brushed steel frame door, granite countertops - very, very nice!) The hotel staff were very accommodating and the public space was lovely as well. read more

The staff was very friendly, the room was large but not as clean as it should have been, everything was dustie and the bath room had mold.was aware of valae parking but not the $25.00 a day parking plus tip.
