The location is good and the lobby is bright and comfortable.
The bedding seems with excessive moisture which make sleeping uncomfortable.

The TV and the TV program are poor in the room I stayed. And the chair seems not clean enough.

Delays in valet parking.

Excellent choice for folks visiting the DC area. It's a long walk from the Metro, but the hotel's shuttle service drops you off and picks you up. Overall, an outstanding deal at Priceline prices.

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Rooms were huge and well apportioned.
I liked everything.

The price we got for two rooms was incredible, and then to top it off, the staff was able to put us into adjoining rooms with the right bed arrangement, etc. It is spacious, attractive, and I just can't say enough about the employees from front desk clerks to housekeeping - just very friendly, professional, accommodating.

I need a hotel room at the last minute and got quality plus accommodations that exceeded my expectations.
That I didn't get to stay longer at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the valet who explained the hotel procedure with your car and help us unload our bags. We proceeded to the desk and were immediately helped by a friendly clerk who answered our questions about restaurants in the area and how to get the shuttle to the Metro. We were very happy with our accommodations as they exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. read more
