The room was very nice
Tub did not drain well, pool too small
They did most things well, but the pool was too small, the tub in my room wouldn't drain, they add a charge for everything. $19 to park, $10 for internet, $15 for basic breakfast, etc, etc. Beautiful hotel though, nice restaurants, lounges, etc.

Location, view of the city.
Wish I could stay there more often. Did not like being charged separate for parking overnight.
Hotel is conveniently located in Dallas, staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and smelled very good. Colors were calming and the bed was very comfortable.

Valet informed us we had a low tire and a bus boy changed it for us and didn't want to accept a tip!
There was no shade areas around the pool-not even umbrellas.
Wonderful! We ordered appetizers the last night and it was all delicious--Texanna Salad, Chicken Torilla Soup and Tirmaisu--excellent! The staff was very helpful even offering us our choice of location for our room upon check-in. We didn't require housekeeping service but the staff readily fulfilled our request of extra washcloths. Plenty of towels in the pool area.

It was clean, nice view.
Room never got cool, shower problems.
The staff was friendly but the shower never got hot and the room never cooled below 73 degrees. It was a quick stay but didn't get to shower before we left. Also could have slept better were the room cooler. Would not say this was a 5 star hotel.

Great service with wonderful timing.
Swimming pool was very small for size of hotel and number of guests.

Wonderful personal service, very surprised due to large hotel size.
Valet service was very nice, but slow
The Dallas Hyatt is a very large convention style hotel. I have stayed there many times in years past and remembered it as a nice but somewhat impersonal hotel Wow did my opinion change on this trip. The staff was exceptionally nice, called us by name, always smiled, and included some wonderful personal touches in the service. The front desk staff went the extra mile for us on several things. The room was very up to date, clean, and nice. I would suggest adding flat screen TV's, but overall the grand beds, the upgraded bathroom, and the spotlessly clean room were excellent. We loved our time there so much we wrote a personal letter to the manager thanking him for a great stay. read more

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great price on Priceline.com.
I thought the parking was too high.
Great place. Kids loved that they were swimming on top of the hotel, but the pool was very small.

Good location.
Train noise, valet parking is expensive and self park is not a good option.
