Nothing.
Everything!
I would never stay at this hotel again. They overcharge for everything. You pay plenty to stay there, and you still have to pay for parking, internet, etc. We did not eat at this hotel because two eggs and a piece of bacon cost $15. The TV was very old and outdated. The staff was OK, but should have been much better for a four star hotel.

It was close to downtown Dallas.
The hotel was great. We have stayed there previously and would do so again. It is a short walk from historic downtown Dallas and offers a great view of sky line. The location is perfect because you can hop on the train and head North the suburbs, or head West to Ft Worth if you choose.

They placed us in the Sky tower with rooms not as nice as the regular rooms.
We've stayed in this hotel before and have been very satisfied. On this trip though they placed my husband and I in the Sky Tower which had very tiny rooms, no redecorating the rest of the hotel had received and torn, chipped and broken furniture and bed linens. We were not pleased with this return trip.

I have stayed here before and that is why I return, its just great.
This time the cleaning crew was way to loud in the morning, opening and closing doors in the hall.
It's a great hotel, great location, the bar is great for drinks, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Friendly and a helpful staff.
Aged hotel and the inconvenient parking.
Not a 4 star hotel in my book. The rooms were partially renovated, but still showed age. My shower had a very slow drain so water puddled as I bathed. There was no bath soap, shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom; however, the concierge happily gave me some at the counter. The walls are very thin, I heard the next room's radio as we entered our room. The train track was right beside the hotel and very loud. We considered going to the hot tub however it was quite small for this size hotel and not well lit. read more

Being able to check in & out at a kiosk and not having to deal with the front desk
The prices for food & drinks at the hotel restaurant are way overpriced
We love staying at this hotel! We try to stay here every time we are in the Dallas area. We just plan on eating somewhere other than the hotel because of the high prices.

The beautiful atrium and bar on the second floor. Incredibly convenient location.
The pool was inadequate for a high-level hotel such as the Regency and the self-parking was inadequate.
This hotel has a great location, right in the center of downtown Dallas. The hotel has a great restaurant and bar, and the staff were very friendly.

The spinning restaurant.
Security came to our room at 4am and was rude, said we were being too loud.
