Easy on and off freeway access.
The buffet breakfast at the restaurant was terrible and expensive.
Convenient downtown Dallas location. TV's in room need to upgraded and the furniture was pretty beat up, but the overall comfortness of the room was good.

We had to move 3 rooms before we were finally forced to settle in. As we felt we had already moved 3 rooms. The Hotel room was in no way 41/2 star. It did not have a refrigerator neither did the room have any snacks. I would have gotten the same room in a 2 or even a three star. Not in any way worth it. Its make believe. In no way was it a 41/2 star.

Excellent workout/gym facility.
The room, while attractive, was poorly appointed (inappropriate desk chair, no mini-bar, old TV)
This hotel is well-past its hey-day, and the attractive carpet and drapes could not disguise that. The desk and chair are completely inappropriate for work, the TV was very old (CRT) and there wasn't even a mini-bar. The staff was very corporate and inflexible. I felt jipped, even at my highly-discounted rate.

It was beautiful and the staff was excellent.
I did not have cold water.
I would highly recommend this hotel for it's beauty, historic location and amenities.
