I love the beds in this hotel-very comfy. Overall great hotel!
Great downtown hotel with wonderful views. The hotel has a beautiful lobby with helpful staff. The rooms are very comfortable, well appointed and clean. The beds are heavenly. I love it when I win this hotel on Priceline.

The front desk team was great and very friendly. Nice lobby area.
Room was not the nicest room I've stayed in.
The front desk clerk was great. She recommended places to eat and a bar to go to. The lobby was very nice and upscale but the rooms didn't match the quality of the lobby. The self parking was very far from down the street which was kind of a downer but for the most part everything else was great. It was right next to the Grassy Knoll and the West End of Dallas so there were some close stops we were able to make during our stay. read more

The friendliness, and helpfulness of the staff was incredible.
The room was not as nice as expected, and lacked amenities found in other 4-star rooms I have stayed in, such as the Omni.
The most outstanding quality of this hotel, is the staff. Everyone I encountered was exceptionally friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

The beautiful atrium and bar on the second floor. Incredibly convenient location.
The pool was inadequate for a high-level hotel such as the Regency and the self-parking was inadequate.
This hotel has a great location, right in the center of downtown Dallas. The hotel has a great restaurant and bar, and the staff were very friendly.

Location, reliability, convenience, and consistency.
There is always random hair in the rooms, either in the bath or on the beds.
This hotel has efficiency down to a fine art. It is a comfortable place to stay for either a short or long duration. The leisure traveler is treated as courteously as a business traveler. The Hyatt Reunion is consistent and reliable and the staff is friendly and anxious to assist.
