Great place to stay in Downtown Dallas - very convenient to lite rail travel which can get you anywhere in Dallas.

It was wonderful and relaxing and enjoyable.
Stay was not long enough.
This was a very nice hotel. It was clean and the staff was very willing to go out of there way to be helpful.

Staff was awesome.
Furniture was a little beat up.
Every employee we spoke with was professional and kind. My son & his friend both 16 brought their X Box and a monitor to play video games. They forgot a power cord. I called the front desk. Within 10 minutes there was a sweet lady with a bag of cords. None of those worked so we were sent to the business center. They had it. The boys were so thankful. We returned it the next morning. All and all it was an awesome experience. read more

The only thing that I did not like was the self-parking.

Hotel rooms are getting worn/no mini-bar
The Hyatt Regency Downtown Dallas is a typical convention hotel. The rooms are beginning to show wear. Valet parking as well as self parking is available. Located in an easy to access spot, convenient to all downtown locations.

fitness center was wonderful!
No refrigerator in the room.
Beds were great, room was large and comfortable. Valet service was quick. Staff was helpful suggessting thigs to do.

It was just beautiful. We loved it.
Noise from the lobby floor with restaurants.
I was very pleased with this hotel. It was spectacular, From the views, the lobby, and the rooms. We checked in using an express machine, and got a room on the 3rd floor, right above the open restaurants. I went back to the desk and requested a room on a higher level that would be quieter. The gal at the desk wasn't very friendly at all, but she did grant my request and gave us a room on the 18th floor, that was much quieter.
