The rooom seemed to have been recently updated and was attractive.
Over 1,000 rooms, little larger than we would like, no flat screen HD TVs.
When we were there an auto show was going on in Dallas. I think a number of those connected with the show were staying at the Hyatt. It seemed more like a hotel that would cater to large conventions. All the employees were friendly.-

I felt safe at all times, the room was clean as was the bathroom. The bed I slept well. My stay was very enjoyable.
They charged $10 a day to park. Returning to the hotel meant walking up a hill.
I was very comfortable, the surroundings were lovely, clean, more than adequate and safe. The staff were courteous, friendly and always willing to help. I'd return when in the area.

Not a category for business & leisure. Good hotel, difficult to get to.
The parking and signs around Reunion.
Good, clean, friendly hotel. The restaurant needs more variety as does room service. After you go around the blocks several times, one can reach the hotel.

We've stayed in this hotel before, but this stay was the best we've experienced.

Location.
$ for parking with no in/out privileges.
We had very loud neighbors on both nights. We had to call security twice about the noise. Security was great & offered to relocate us in the hotel and provided breakfast coupons because of the problem.

The hotel is very well located todowntown, but the carpet in the room was filthy and there was not sufficient help to accommodate guests.

Management was
helpful at all levels.
Valet parking needs improvement.
The management was most helpful and friendly when I needed to talk to them. I was impressed with the day manager as well as the night manager who went well out of their way to help me with a problem that I had concerning. Hotel was also very clean and well kept. Other than parking situation.
