Excellent service at one of the hotel restaurants, excellent food as well.
Wall-mounted hairdryer was missing from the bathroom. Quickly was supplied.
Very friendly check-in, quick service, missing hairdryer was quickly supplied. Went to a cafe restaurant in the hotel and had 4-star food and service.

Great location & amazing hotel.
Fancy hotel yet below par pool.
This priceline deal was amazing especially for the price. For a fancy upscale hotel, the rooms have not been updated with the latest technology ( flat screen TVs), but still had the amenities we wanted and more. The only issue we had was the pool. If you are planning to use the pool, make sure its for kids only.. It's a kiddie size pool (definitely cannot use to do laps) and only a handful of people can comfortably be in it. Otherwise, great experience and would definitely stay again! read more

The key cards locked me out of the room four times. We also lost power in one of the rooms!I guess you can not use two blow dryers at one time.....

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, great price on Priceline.com.
I thought the parking was too high.
Great place. Kids loved that they were swimming on top of the hotel, but the pool was very small.
