Public places in the hotel were nice.
Hidden costs and not so great room.

Rooms were just about average and not to Hyatt standards. They charge for holding packets (small ones) also.

Gorgeous hotel, excellent public areas, good location.
Bathroom worn and outdated, nothing about the room.

This Hyatt is a massive hotel (700+ rooms). Public areas are very impressive and well kept. Restaurants were nice. Room was pretty standard. It's pretty obvious this hotel is that high because of it's amenities.

Most comfortable 4 day stay I've had in a long time.
Nothing really stuck out at me this trip.

I was happy to return here after a few other stays. Extra quiet and comfortable room, great overall value. Also great shopping and dining options within walking distance.

The hotel charged for Internet service.

The hotel was in an excellent location for business in the Dearborn area. The staff was very helpful. The hotel was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable with a lot of pillows. I had the best night of sleep in a long time.
