I was very impressed with the hotel, staff, and location. The kids were running up and down the halls screaming and playing tag at all hours of the night, running to the stairs up and down, the door to the stairs opening and slamming. They were playing on the elevators. At one point I waited almost 7 minutes for the elevator because the boys had pushed all the buttons and we not even on it, just waiting on every floor for the elevator to see who was on them. I complained to the front desk and they had said that security was trying. We had to get up at 2 am for a early flight out. We were not able to get any sleep. read more

On Sunday noon, restaurants were closed.

Awesome customer service and very convienent.

Staff was the best. Everyone was so helpful and polite i asked where the pool was and the person stopped what he was doing and escorted me to the pool. Also my sons 13th b-day they sent a cake to our room upon arrival.
