Lobby was beautiful. Front desk staff was efficient and the valet were excellent.
Room service. Food was so so and the tray was not removed from the hall for almost 14 hours.

The location was great. The 16th street mall was directly across the street.
The $28 parking fee.

Very nice accommodations. The hotel was full of high school students there for some type of conference, however they were very well behaved and well supervised.

Location, size, newness, big room was standard..
Too many trainees at front desk.

I would absolutely stay here again, especially through Priceline. My service was excellent, and whatever Hyatt is doing, keep doing it because this was an excellent downtown hotel. It's not a luxury resort, but it's much better than the average downtown chain. I was pleased with the service, the facility, everything, especially the outdoor hot tub in winter.

The staff was pleasant even during a busy weekend.
It was difficult to find a place at the busy hotel to have a drink with friends.
