The staff was extremely helpful and courteous.

This hotel was very nice. Star quality. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The downside it is located inside airport. I went for leisure the last 2 times(shopping and ICE at Gaylord.) Had 73 year old mom and 3 children. Did not like location. Too hard having to travel inside airport when not accustomed to this.

Great professional staff.
Parking was outrageous, not convenient location unless you are flying.

Hotel was nice, staff was GREAT! Be prepared to pay $17 to park if you have a car.

EVERYTHING!
Hard to actually get to, especially if using Map quest directions.

Staff was so friendly and helpful. Restaurants weren't exactly kid friendly but they were very accommodating which is a big plus for a Mom! Rooms were wonderful and so nicely decorated. I'd definitely go back.

Location - it is right at the river walk.
The swimming pool is too small, parking is very expensive.

This is the one of the best hotels to stay. Every thing is absolutely perfect except the following 2 things: Parking of $23/day is expensive. (Parking lots nearby only charge $5-8/day). Swimming pool on the 11th floor is way too small for this hotel.

Free airport shuttle, great staff, kid friendly, comfy!

Exceptional registration and restaurant staff, free airport shuttle, $9 shuttle to the mall but there is also a swimming pool and fabulous view of the runway for those of you with kids. We very much enjoyed our stay (layover at DFW).

Best location for DFW departure. High end accommodations and great DFW parking.
High charges for business support (ie $8 faxes).

Great newly remodeled, high quality hotel. Best location in greater Dallas for DFW departures. Really comfortable beds and free parking.

The pool was awesome, the staff incredible, the service impeccable.
The rooms don't have mini fridges or microwaves.

The rooms at this hotel were impeccable, the service was perfect, everything about this hotel from shopping location to parking validation was awesome.
