Staff around and near subway/train station for easy traffic.

No English speaking staff , cheap soap/lotion/shampoo matched to Regency.

No qualified ( English speaking ) Staff around O'clock, No qualified sightseeing guidance, Said no tourist bus stop but taxi only. Very skillful staff but no English speaking staff resulted in bad taste, Low quality soap/shampoo/lotion with common bottle. All are not matched to brand name- Hyatt Regency.
