Just "outside the House of the Mouse", this "gargantuan" 1,500-acre resort is a "wonderful oasis" with "magnificent grounds", four "outstanding" Jack Nicklaus–designed golf courses and a "fabulous", "cavernlike" pool with waterslides and "hidden hot tubs"; even if some find the "cramped" rooms in "need of an upgrade", most vow that it's "still one of the best", with a "staff that can't do enough for you"; N.B. teetotalers might prefer the affiliated Villas of Grand Cypress, which are closer to the links.

This hotel has everything for everyone. Great rooms, restaurants, pools and grounds. This is the best hotel I have staying in in the Orlando Market.

Great atrium, refurbished rooms, flat screen TV.
Self-parking is inconvenient.

Older facility with refurbished rooms, relatively convenient location to Disney parks, more than competitive with Disney properties. Well managed with efficient staff.

I loved the updated rooms.

Extremely pleasant staff, rooms were new and very clean. The rainfall shower was delightful. The amenities were wonderful as there was always something to do.

The pool was fantastic and went above my expectations.
Some of the staff was rude.

Very nice hotel but did not like the construction noise that was going on and the smell was terrible.

Self parking was far.

Close to Disney and downtown Disney. Dinning was all around with quit a selection of restaurants.
