Very friendly staff...awesome customer service.
Bathroom in the room was not large enough.

Everything was clean. Customer service was probably the best I have ever experienced at a hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I did not expect to pay to park my car in the parking garage, but you will.

Great downtown location.
Parking lot difficult to find, not actually on Main St.

I stayed at the Hyatt one night, but it suited my needs very well. There are no downtown views, but the inside views of the atrium are very nice. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, which is always a plus.

There really isn't anything I can think of.

The only reason I rated the room itself an 8 is because for what you pay for the room, it really should include a mini-fridge and microwave. I have stayed at much less inexpensive hotels that have had these amenities. My only other suggestion is the inclusion of a hot tub or whirlpool. Since it was so hot out, it would have been nice to have something to do indoors other than stay in the room or have a drink at the bar. The niceness and willingness of the staff to do what I wanted.
They do not have a complimentary breakfast.

This hotel's middle name should be Excellent Service. Its employees are eager and willing to do your bidding, the rooms are serene, and the beds are wonderful. After a long trip, I enjoyed the complimentary yoga lesson via the television given to its guests. In short, they did everything they could to make my stay enjoyable and stress less.
