Overnight valet parking too high at $15.00!

The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The staff was accommodating and pleasant to deal with.

This is an excellent hotel, right in the center of the city. Great service, good parking (for a reasonable fee). Just great.

Being a coffee lover I thought the price of a cup of coffee was way too high.

Our stay was very pleasant and was walking distance to great places in Greenville. The bathroom was very small, but the room was great.

Very professional staff cleans, friendly.
The room was warm, had to turn a/c on for a while.

The hotel was extremely nice and friendly. The restaurant was top notch and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone; the down comforters were a pleasant surprise.

The location was great. Very convenient to restaurants.
The bathroom was extremely small and no mirror in the room.

The hot water was barely luke warm in the sink. We were unable to adjust heat for our convenience. The hotel desk said the rooms maintained its heat from the corridor and atrium area. I guess there isn't much can be done since it is an old hotel. Other than that it was okay.

The upgrade is wonderful: bed; granite; television.
Bathroom is for midgets.

Everything is wonderful except for check in logistic. No carts available to haul luggage from garage to room. Also, the second floor of the hotel is the third floor of the garage. Confusing until you learn the drill. We've stayed here many times and will continue to do so.
