Beautiful location, lovely lobby, adequate rooms.
No refrigerator or microwave which I expect, no free breakfast.
Hotel was very nice. Lobby was beautiful. Staff was very professional. Guest rooms were adequate although they do not have a mini fridge or microwave as I would expect. There was not a breakfast bar as most hotels now have. Overall, beautiful place and we would definitely stay here again!

I like very much the hotel staff at check in and out, extremely friendly!
The carpet in the rooms were pretty black/dirty.

The night desk staff was very nice.
The day front staff was perfunctory at best.
Your hotel rises and falls on the attitudes of your employees. Only one was less than courteous, but that spoiled an otherwise pleasant stay.

The renovations are pretty; great access to beautiful Downtown Greenville.
Noisiness in hallways between 12:30-3:00 am, small bathrooms.
The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located to beautiful Downtown Greenville but the last two times we have stayed here the Friday night bar hoppers have made their way into their rooms and others between 12:30-3:00 am. The noise in the halls is very disturbing and it takes the hotel a long time to respond to this. This makes this nice, upscale hotel very unappealing, especially for families with children (with the language that has been associated with this). We've stayed here probably 8-10 times in the past three years and Im honestly hoping for a different hotel next time. Didn't used to feel this way. read more

The location of the hotel was excellent, great late check-out.
Parking, breakfast, Wi-Fi are not included in the price of the hotel. The bathroom is VERY small.
I was definitely expecting more from a Hyatt property. Parking is free in downtown Greenville on nights and weekends and they still charged me for parking although I was staying over the weekend. You were expected to pay 10 dollars a day for Wi-Fi, which is not convenient for business travelers or casual users. The bathroom is very small and you cannot close the door if you are already in there easily. The sheets did not feel like the 300 thread count they advertised, but the bed was very nice. The room is large and easy to heat or cool. The television is also nice and you can't beat the location if you are doing anything downtown. If Wi-Fi and parking were included I would recommend this hotel, but without these things or continental breakfast I cannot do this for the budget traveler. read more

Comfy beds.
No complimentary breakfast.
The Hyatt is a wonderful hotel for business travelers. It is convenient to the beautiful Downtown Greenville area and offers high quality service. However, it is not our favorite family spot. With four children, two amenities we love are complimentary breakfast and an indoor pool. The Hyatt offered neither. For adults looking to see a special city, this is a great hotel to stay in. For families, you might want to look somewhere else. read more

It's in the center of a very vibrant, walk able downtown area.
The bathroom left something to be desired - too much bad caulking!
This is a true business class hotel, located in the heart of downtown Greenville, sc. The sweeping, open air atrium is a dramatic space. The rooms are very well appointed with comfortable beds, large screen flat panel TVs, and digital thermostats that let you select a temperature in.5 degree increments. The bathroom was disappointing, with sloppy caulking around the tub and sink. The tub was also somewhat discolored, which made it look dirty. The area around the hotel was very active with a huge variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance. A Friday night jazz concert was taking place in the plaza of the hotel. read more

Beautiful, open lobby, location on main street and close to restaurants.
Our daughter is in a wheelchair and we can never get a handicapped room with 2 double beds.
Great location in downtown Greenville on Main St. Friendly staff and beautiful open aired lobby. So close to many restaurants. Easy parking in garage.
