Quiet property and easy access in/out.
Hotel rooms are very tired. Need upgrading.

Hotel in a nice and quiet location but away from the main sites. Nice property and easy access in/out of hotel. Atrium is very nice and comfortable. Our room was very large and the bed is very comfortable but otherwise very drab and tired, dire need of a face-lift.

Having to pay for internet ... the less quality hotels have this for free.

Easy on and off from highway. Lobby is beautiful but could use additional sitting areas for talking and lounging... everything appears to be used for purchase of food or drinks. Pool and workout area were clean. No in between price range for food ... high quality restaurant only. But if want a burger or easy fare not available.

Comfy, elegant room is hotel was fabulous lobby, coffee bar near elevator was good, but they never told you it was gonna be there.
No safe or coffee pot in room.

Newish hotel with old world feel - lots of dark wood. Lobby/atruim with multiple restaurants and bars was plush and a great way to relax.
