A wonderful hideaway in the hills of San Antonio. Truly a Texas gem.
I loved my stay here. The staff was excellent, room service was friendly and fast. I truly felt pampered here!

Great staff and environment. Romantic and/or kids friendly.
The staff and people at this resort were simply spectacular. We told them about our anniversary and they immediately made accommodations for something special for us and we really appreciated it.

The setting was beautiful. It was peaceful and relaxing. Everything was very clean. Everyone was very courteous and attentive. I would like to go back.
Nothing.
The hotel had a wonderful ambiance. I loved the rustic feeling. The grounds were spectacular! I really enjoyed sitting in the rocking chair looking out into the beautiful grounds. There were hummingbirds and rabbits. I would certainly stay here again and I would recommend highly to my friends.

Walking trails, quiet, and tranquil.
The additional $15 per day in addition to rate and taxes.
Great for families. Golf, volleyball, hot tubs, wading pools, lazy river, various activities that seemed to really catered to both the young and old.

It was a nice hotel, the rooms were beautiful.
We didn't appreciate having to pay for internet service.
Our room was beautiful but the grounds were not as pretty as we expected.

Easy parking.
Resort fee mandatory.
Location next to Sea World and not much else. Decor is dated c. 1990, but clean and in good shape. Hotel charges a mandatory resort fee of $15/day.

It was very peaceful.
The location was a little far away too maybe that's what made it peaceful.
This was a nice hotel, but mostly for family looking to go to the San Antonio Sea World, and for those looking too play golf and to rest. Other than that, there was not much else to do in the area.
