Very attractive, quiet, flat screens, great service (bartender went to the kitchen to make hot chocolate for my daughter after room service closed.
I liked everything.

I was very impressed with the quality of appointments, and with the service. The detective and the doorman combined to send out bulletins to city taxi companies to find and return a purse of my daughter left in a taxi, with credit cards and money intact!

The room was clean and well furnished.
Very loud noise coming from the loby bar at 1:30 AM.

It was nice to stay there again -- the location is great for downtown activities -- the hotel is in good repair -- the stay brought many pleasant memories from stays in the past.

Bathroom lighting was too dim.

Rooms were quiet and clean. Staff is fantastic. Hotel has easy access to the Houston tunnel system.
